Yes. We offer free shipping on all of our products anywhere in the world, unless mentioned otherwise. We usually dispatch international orders within 3-5 working days via DHL EXPRESS or FEDEX. It generally takes 6-7 working days to reach the destination.

All our hardware items are either made from Brass or Stainless Steel. The care instructions are as follows:

★ Clear lacquer coating provides protection against fingerprint stains and prevents oxidation to ensure the product does not tarnish.

★ Wipe clean with warm water and a soft cloth.
★ Avoid abrasive towels, sponges, cleaning sprays, bleach, and hand sanitizers. If you need any information related to the product, feel free to contact us. We are happy to help.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges; however, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order.

Kindly let us know the tracking number after you courier the return parcel. On receiving the return parcel in good condition we will reimburse the amount minus the taxes/custom duty.

All parcels sent outside of India are subject to customs charges.
Customs charges are determined when the parcel arrives, therefore it’s impossible for us to determine whether you’ll be charged and by how much in advance.

The price you pay does not include customs charges as these are not known at the time the order is placed. Hence, we do not have any control over when and how much you will be charged.

Please note that the decision is made by the relevant authorities in the delivery country who will contact your recipient if there are any charges to be paid.

Custom Clearance:

The courier will attempt to clear your parcel as quickly as possible through customs; however, there are occasions where customs in the delivery country shall require additional information to assist in the clearing of the goods.

Generally, customs will contact the recipient directly and for this reason, we request for you to ensure that you include all up-to-date and correct contact details for the receiver during the booking process.
