SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Yes. We offer free shipping on all of our products anywhere in the world, unless mentioned otherwise. We usually dispatch international orders within 3-5 working days via DHL EXPRESS or FEDEX. It generally takes 6-7 working days to reach the destination.
Customs charges are determined when the parcel arrives; therefore, it’s not possible for us to determine whether you’ll be charged and by how much in advance.
The price you pay does not include customs charges as these are not known at the time the order is placed. Hence, we do not have any control over when and how much you will be charged.
Please note that the decision is made by the relevant authorities in the delivery country who will contact your recipient if there are any charges to be paid.
The courier will attempt to clear your parcel as quickly as possible through customs; however, there are occasions where customs in the delivery country shall require additional information to assist in the clearing of the goods.
Generally, customs will contact the recipient directly and for this reason, we request for you to ensure that you include all up-to-date and correct contact details for the receiver during the booking process.

All our hardware items are either made from Brass or Stainless Steel. The care instructions are as follows:

★Wipe clean with warm water and a soft cloth.
★Avoid abrasive towels, sponges, cleaning sprays, bleach, and hand sanitizers.

ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZATION
If you wish to buy more quantity than listed in stock, please write to us for availability. We always have the raw materials in stock, and designs can usually be dispatched within 3-5 days in the finish you desire.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Each custom item is made to order and tailored to your specifications, making it difficult to resell. All sales of custom orders are final. Once an order is placed and production begins, no refunds will be issued.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We gladly accept returns within 14 days; however, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order.
